EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Embassy Suites DFW Airport North - Grapevine, TX

EXHIBIT BOOTH SET-UP:

  • Friday, January 29th from 8:00 a.m. to Noon.

SHOW DATES & HOURS:

Friday, January 29 – Sunday, January 31, 2021

  • Friday: 12:30 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

  • Saturday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

  • Sunday: 8:00 a.m. – Noon
     

BOOTH PRICES:

  • 8’ x 8’ standard booth  $500

  • $600  if booked after January 22nd

  • $50 Cancellation fee per booth

INCLUDED WITH BOOTH PURCHASE:

  • 8’ tall back drape & 3’ tall side drapes. 

  • Company identification sign to be placed on back drape.

  • 6’ long table, 2 chairs. 

  • Electrical included in booth price (must be requested)
     

HOW TO REGISTER AS AN EXHIBITOR:    

  • ​Download the Exhibit Contract and mail with full payment to DFW Coaches Clinic...(30801 Beck Road, Bulverde, TX 78163)

  • Email or fax the contract to DFW Coaches Clinic and proceed to Online payment  (Email: coachescliinic@yahoo.com  Fax: 830-438-5360)

  • The DFW Clinic assigns booths in the order that the contracts and full payment are received. Booth location will be given at check-in. Registration is limited to the first 80 exhibitors. The DFW Clinic reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor contract at their discretion.

  • All registrations are fully refundable if the clinic is not held due to the pandemic.
